Withdrawal Delays

Q1: My withdrawal status shows as "Completed," but the funds haven't arrived after several days. My bank says they haven't received anything. Where is my money, and when will it be available?

A1: A "Completed" status means Sahm has successfully processed your request and transferred the funds to your receiving bank. If you contact your bank before they finish their internal clearing process, they may report that the funds are not yet visible. The money is already with your bank —please allow 1 to 2 additional business days for them to finalize the settlement.

A2: Please note that withdrawals exceeding daily or per-transaction limits will trigger a manual review. These reviews are conducted daily, after which the transfer will proceed. This security step may add 1 to 2 business days to the total processing time.

Q2: I received a "Withdrawal Failed" notification, but my Sahm account balance is still zero and the refunded amount isn't showing up. What should I do?

A: Starting from April 2026, the refunded amount will be displayed in your app once a "Withdrawal Failed" notification is received. However, please note that this depends on the receiving bank; refund details are currently visible for some banks but may not be displayed for others.
