Q: I made a deposit several days ago. My bank confirms the payment was sent to Sahm, so why hasn't it reached my account yet?

A1: If your funds haven't arrived after a few days, they may be caught in the bank's clearing process or have missed the daily cutoff time. Please rest assured that Sahm will credit your account immediately once the funds are received from the bank.

A2: If your deposit is delayed, it may have been flagged for manual review. This process typically takes 1 to 2 business days. During this time, we may require additional information from you. Please check your Deposit Details page for any "To-do tasks".

• KYC verification triggered for Apple Pay or Mada card deposits
• Large deposits

Solutions

• Best for Speed: We suggest using Apple Pay for the fastest arrival time. To avoid delays, please do not frequently change your linked bank cards.
• Bank Transfers: If using a standard bank transfer, please ensure you use your own personal bank account. Due to varying bank settlement and processing times, please allow 1 to 3 business days for the funds to be fully processed.
