1. Promotion Period

The promotion will commence from 1/08/2025 GMT+3 to 31/08/2025  GMT+3 (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion Period). The promotion period may be extended/shortened subjected to the discretion of Sahm Capital Financial Company (hereinafter referred to as Sahm Capital).

2. Double Rewards

• USD 30 Options Commission-Free Cashback Reward (Limited-Time): Users (Referrers) who have received official email/push notifications/in-app messages sent by Sahm Capital will get extra options rewards for each referral during the promotion period.
• SAR 200 Cash Reward: Refer your friend to make an accumulated deposit of  ≥ SAR 5,000 or USD 1,500 and maintain for 14 calendar days.

3. Eligibility for Promotion Participation

• The promotion is exclusively available to new and existing users who have received official email/push notifications/in-app messages sent by Sahm Capital. Any forwarded offers will be deemed invalid.
• All participants must open a Saudi or U.S. securities account on Sahm platform.
• Starting from August 1st, 2025, participants who refer friends to make specified deposits during the promotion period are eligible to get extra options rewards.

4. Rewards & Distribution

• Reward Details
  • Rewards for referrers: Users who refer friends to sign up and meet qualified deposits during the promotion period are eligible to get an extra USD 30 options commission-free cashback coupon. There is no upper limit. The more friends you refer, the more rewards you win.
  • Rewards for referees: Users who make an initial deposit of ≥ SAR 1,000 or USD 300 are eligible to get both a USD 30 options commission-free cashback coupon and a 30-day options real-time quotes coupon.
• Reward Distribution

All options rewards will be issued to users' accounts by system in the form of coupons at the moment when the referee successfully deposits ≥ SAR 1,000 or USD 300.

• Reward Expiration

All reward coupons will be valid for 30 days after being credited to the user's account. Please use them promptly, as no rewards will be reissued after expiration.

5. Conditions and Disclaimers

• All rewards in this promotion are provided by Sahm Capital. By participating, you agree to the terms and conditions of this promotion. And Sahm Capital has the final decision on the eligibility of participants.
• Sahm Capital has the final right to interpret these terms and conditions. The data and data confirmed of this promotion shall be subject to confirmation by Sahm Capital's back-end data. Sahm Capital reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice and may alter, withdraw, or terminate any promotion without explanation or compensation. Any adjustments or decisions made by Sahm Capital in connection with this promotion shall be binding on all participants.
• In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any advertising, promotion, promotional and other materials related to or in connection with this promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
• The terms and conditions are written in both Arabic and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the Arabic version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
