Community personal nickname, avatar and signature review standards

(1) Nickname Guidelines:

No user may use information containing the following as a username. Violations will result in a permanent ban. This includes, but is not limited to:

1. The name must not exceed 20 words in length.

2. Use of vulgar or inappropriate names.

3. Use of names resembling Saudi national institutions or other organizations.

4. Unauthorized use of official corporate nicknames.

5. Names with obvious stock promotion, advertising, or spam intent.

6. Violations of Saudi laws and regulations.

7. Names containing personal attacks, insults, harassment, or provocation.

8. Names that may cause confusion or disputes with Sahm platform administrators.

9. Any other usernames deemed inappropriate by Sahm Community.

(2) Profile Picture & Signature Guidelines:

No user may use the following types of content in their profile picture, custom title, or signature. Violations will result in removal, temporary muting, or permanent bans. This includes, but is not limited to:

1. Inappropriate, or offensive images/text.

2. Violations of Saudi laws and regulations.

3. Unauthorized use of logos or descriptions of Saudi state institutions or other organizations.

4. Content with obvious stock promotions, advertisements, or external links.

5. Personal attacks, insults, harassment, or provocative content.

6. Impersonation of Sahm platform administrators or content causing disputes.

7. Any other content deemed inappropriate by Sahm Community.
