Q1: Why am I unable to exchange currency after selling my stocks?

A1: After selling stocks, you must wait for the trade to be settled before you can exchange the proceeds. Saudi stock trades are settled on the same day. U.S. stock trades settle on a T+2 cycle (Trade date + 2 business days).

Q2: Why is my account balance not reflecting the exchanged amount? Why can't I withdraw it?

A2: If your currency exchange occurs during the settlement window, the funds will not be credited immediately. Please wait for the settlement process to conclude.
