Management Rules of Sahm Community
I. Classification of Violations
In order to provide an organized trading environment and ensure smooth communication between users, Sahm platform has classified violation behaviors into three levels: (low-risk, mediun-risk, and high-risk), accurately matching the severity of the violations:

Posting Spam Messages Users post five or more consecutive irrelevant comments/posts (e.g., emojis, likes, or other unrelated content), disrupting the normal flow of discussion. 3. Posting Malicious/Low-Quality Messages Users post five or more consecutive comments/posts on the same topic, where the content is poor-quality or repetitive. |
2. Unauthorized advertisements | 1. Investment advice in stocks, funds, and currencies 2. Referring users to external platforms (Such as Telegram and X) 3. Promoting products not contracted with the Sahm platform | |
Medium-risk Violations | 1. Personal attacks/hate speech | 1. Derogatory Speech: Speech intended to belittle, attack, or humiliate other users, including, but not limited to: (1) Personal attacks. (2) Derogatory sarcasm. 2. Discriminatory Speech: Bias, defamation, or exclusion against a particular group or individual, including, but not limited to: (1) Racial/ethnic discrimination. (2) Gender discrimination. (3) Regional discrimination. |
2. Misinformation | Comments/posts published by users that are not verified by official or trusted entities may affect market sentiments and investment decisions, including, but not limited to: 1. False market news 2. Misleading analysis 3. Spreading rumors 4. Exaggerated bullish/bearish expectations for a particular stock, with predictions of a rise or fall of more than 50% 5. Spreading false messages to maliciously discredit Sahm and incite users to transfer their shares to other brokers. | |
3. Privacy violations | Comments/posts made by users that relate to personal privacy, property safety, personal safety, or sensitive information that is disclosed without the consent of the parties involved, including but not limited to: 1. Private and sensitive personal information. | |
High-risk Violations | 1. Fraud/scam promotion | Comments/posts made by users that involve fraud and investment solicitation include, but are not limited to: 1. Promises of Guaranteed Returns: Any form of promise made to users of risk-free financial management behavior, high returns, and guaranteed profits is a violation of financial regulations. 2. Falsifying Transaction Images: Falsifying profit images through trading platforms, simulation software, fake screenshots, etc., to mislead users. 3. Inciting Users to Participate in Scams: Using rhetoric, interest lures, brainwashing, etc., to urge users to participate in fraudulent activities such as Ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, and illegal fundraising. |
2. Threats/doxxing | 1. Threat of Death: Any speech or behavior that directly or indirectly threatens the life or safety of others in any way. 2. Harassment of Personal Information: The unlawful collection and disclosure of personal information about others, resulting in harassment or intimidation of other users. 3. Intentional Disclosure of Sensitive Privacy: The unauthorized disclosure of personal information that could endanger personal safety or property. | |
3. Market manipulation | 1. Incitement to hatred: Incitement to discrimination, hostility, or violence against a specific group based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, region, disability, etc. 2. Dissemination of extremist rhetoric: Promoting violent revolutions, anti-social or anti-humanitarian ideas, or advocating illegal means to achieve political/religious goals. 3. Terrorist rhetoric: Supporting, promoting, or planning terrorist activities, or disseminating propaganda for terrorist organizations, directly or indirectly. 4. Endangering national security: Disseminating extremist content that endangers Saudi national security, defames the Saudi royal family and Islam, or incites sectarian strife. | |
4. Prohibited content | 1. Gambling Content: Any form of promotion or advertising of illegal gambling. 2. Pornographic Content: Content that includes explicit sexual conduct or sexual innuendo. 3. Violent Content: Content that promotes extreme violence, self-harm, abuse, or bloody scenes. | |
Any content not mentioned in the above rules but considered inappropriate for posting after being reviewed by Sahm Community will be deleted and the relevant punishment will be imposed.
II. Handling Violations
Sahm community managers will discover violations through active discovery and user reports. Users can use the reporting function on Sahm to report posts suspected of violations. Community managers will deal with them in a timely manner. For illegal content, the community will delete violated posts, ban violated users, and block violated accounts, depending on the severity of the case. Severe violations or repeat offenders will be permanently banned after discussion and approval by the community management team. Specific measures for handling violations are as follows:
Comment/Post Blocking: If a user posts content that includes any of the above violations (regardless of risk level of the violations), the illegal content will be blocked after it is detected by Sahm Community or after Sahm receives reports from other users.
Temporary Account Suspension:
(1) If a user posts content that constitutes a low-risk violation three times in total, their account will be blocked for three days in addition to the post being blocked.
(2) If a user posts content that constitutes a medium-risk violation for the first time, their account will be blocked for three days in addition to the post being blocked.
If a user posts content deemed a medium-risk violation twice in total, their account will be blocked for 7 days in addition to the post being blocked.
(3) If a user posts content deemed a high-risk violation for the first time, their account will be blocked for 15 days in addition to the post being blocked.
Permanent Account Suspension
(1) If a user posts content deemed a high-risk violation twice, their account will be permanently closed in addition to the post being blocked.
(2) In the event of repeated violations (even low-risk ones), the account will also be permanently closed if the conditions for activating high-risk violation penalties are met.
(3) For serious violations involving serious circumstances, Sahm Community reserves the right to report the violation behaviors to the relevant regulatory authorities in addition to closing the account.
III. Severe punishment mechanism for repeat offenders
Same user:
(1) Within one month, if there are 5 or more low-risk violations, they will be upgraded to high-risk violations;
(2) Within one month, if there are 3 or more medium-risk violations, they will be upgraded to high-risk violations.
Cross-category violations: If a user is involved in multiple violations at the same time (such as low-risk + medium-risk category violations), they will be punished for high-risk violations.
Supplementary explanation for high-risk violations: If a user commits a particularly severe violation, regardless of whether it is the first violation, Sahm Community will directly take the penalty measure of blocking the account.
IV. Appeal and review
Evidence requirements: The appeal must be accompanied by screenshots of comments, detailed conversation content, etc., otherwise the appeal will be rejected.
Review process: If the user believes that he has been misjudged, he can submit an appeal by contacting customer service, and the platform will conduct a review. Sahm Community will verify and feedback the review results within 3 working days.
